Celebrating the birth of Latvia, with a light show during Staro Riga in the week leading up to and the big fireworks show on the day of.

Original Description: A festival of lights, of a sort, where Riga is light up by bright lights for the enjoyment of everyone.
I won't be coming up with witty titles for either Shine Riga or Latvia 98, simply because I have too many pictures to think up titles and not be overly repetitive.
